Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor you will ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out the additional assignments that allow the customers to have a positive impression with the customer.

• Provide support for all the inquiries, in phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Provides exceptional customer service by educating customers about the products and services.
• Effectively provide assistance on the sales floor and customer engagement throughout the store.
• Proactively acknowledges and engages every customer to ensure a positive customer experience.
