Associate Director - Content & Creator Solutions

1. Overall Team Management

• Oversee expansion of Content Solutions & Creator Solutions into new markets.
• Lead and manage cross-functional and cross-team collaborations.
• Oversee the teams, their projects, pipelines, forecasts, and reports.

2. Driving Commercial Growth

• Discover & develop non-standard commercial opportunities within the TikTok ecosystem through existing user-team campaigns or through the development of ownable IPs.
• Incubate alpha or non-standard products and develop commercial strategy.
• Develop feasible selling principles that look after the interests of both User Ops and Sales Teams.

3. Operational Management

• Enhance or develop best practices, processes, and tools to help discover, assess, and execute the opportunities and projects of the team.
• Work closely with strategy, research, and marketing teams to identify editorial opportunities.
