HE Executive / Recruiter

• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Conducting interviews and filteringcandidatesfor open positions.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Monitor and apply HRrecruiting best practices
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either anin-house recruiteror astaffing agency recruiter).
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc).
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing,phone interviewing, reference check etc).
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or- - Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).

Skills

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration (MBA in HR is a plus)
• 5+ years of management experience in HR Functions.
• Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
• A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills.
• To be available and resideing in UAE will only be considered.
