- Creating and delivering the Nationalisation & Graduate strategy of the Middle East and Africa region (MEA)
- Leading a Nationalisation/Graduate Recruitment team and directing the graduate program for the MEA region
- Supporting proactive sourcing for Nationalization projects in the GCC.
- Managing the workflows for Graduate sourcing and Graduate Program Managers in MEA
- Stakeholder management for HR and all business lines in the MEA region
- Partner with hiring managers and colleagues to manage full-cycle Nationalisation recruitment process, including employee referral and sourcing and diversity strategies (internally/externally, and agency and direct sourcing/networking methods)
- Source applicants, screen resumes, interview and assess candidates
- Provide advice to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies and interviewed candidates
- Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely status updates
- Research and provide insight on competitors and peer organizations as well as participate in diversity recruiting events and activities
- Training team members on best practice ensure all hiring policies, graduate program structure and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process and graduate program
- Effectively managing a regional team
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
