? Responsible for managing the operation of the restaurant including the development and growth of people, sales and profits
? Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
? Manage all guests' comments and complaints, maintains personalized services to guests
? Monitor the restaurant upkeep, equipment, and maintenance, and ensure the team is professionally groomed and supervise the opening and closing procedures of floor, bar, kitchen and delivery departments.
? Assign and supervises all duties and responsibilities of staff, Brief daily and discuss special events, sales targets, customer feedback etc.
Requirements
Qualifications:
? 35 years old and below
? Minimum 8 years’ experience in F&B industry; 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in a similar F&B outlet concept (Casual /Fine Dining)
? Must have a UAE market knowledge (developing trends, business cycles, seasonality)
? Immediate joiners will be prioritized
