Under the direction of General Manager, to ensure hotel provides quality food & beverage items, according standards and revenue goals are met, while controlling the food and supply costs . Some of your responsibilities are:
Planning all outlets operations (front & back of the house) , marketing plans and objective, as well as execution.
Develops and recommend the budget.
Ensure that each outlet is accounted for separately as an individual profit center.
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
Educate and train colleagues in compliance with brand standards, service behaviors, and governmental regulations. Ensure they have the tools, training, and equipment to carry out job duties.
Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
Implement procedures to increase guest and colleague heartbeat.
Take every opportunity to be a ”sales person” and promote special events, promotions and facilities.
Manages staffing/human resources-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies.
