Recreation Animator

As a Recreation Animator, you are responsible for assisting guests who are using the recreation facilities and providing entertaining activities for all age groups, while ensuring the area is clean and tidy. Some of your day to day responsibilities are: 1. Provides courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times. 2. Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards. 3. Responds to guest inquiries on activities and timing and other information regarding the facility and services of the resort in general. 4. Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. 5. Anticipates guests’ needs, responds promptly, and acknowledges all guests, however busy and at whatever time of the day. 6. Acts as a key person for handling guest relations in the recreational areas. 7. Respects the privacy of guest information at all times. 8. Co-operates with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services. 9. Proactively creates and leads all-day activities for the guests of the resort 10. Able to handle many guests at the same time in a safe and entertaining environment. 11. Keeps updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and new products in the market.
