Japanese – Master Carpenter

We are looking for a Japanese Carpenter with High school and Diploma. Must possess at least 6 years of experience in as carpenter in commercial or residential projects and have performed the below roles. Key Accountabilities:- Hands on experience in modelling and remodelling of commercial of commercial and residential carpentry works including but not limited to - Design, construction and installation of frameworks, doors, cabinets, siding, decls, furniture’s, flooring, walling, shuttering and other wooden fixtures. - Fine finishing of woodworks including varnishing, painting etc. - Remodelling, repairing of damaged / defective parts of the structure. - Planning & scheduling the projects and supervise the team, coordinate with architect, subcontractors, suppliers throughout the project. - Inspect the works on daily basis and train the team to improve the quality of project and ensure defect free products. - Act as a master craftsmen in introducing new technologies or methods of carpentry works to ensure high productivity and zero defects. Experience & Skills: - Expert in handling all woodworking equipment’s and tools such as saws, compressors, shop tools, spray guns, etc. - Ability to comprehend schematic drawings, blueprints, sketches, building plans and other specifications. - Possess knowledge on handling different types of wood. - Attention to detail and should focus on perfection.
