First impressions are everything! As a Junior Spa and Sports Receptionist, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:
• Greet and respond to guests requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel Spa and Sports facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guest s stay
• Clean all assigned spa and sports area as per standard
Your experience and skills include:
• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
