About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and commerciallyminded Director of Legal to lead and drive legal strategy across multiple geographies. This is a highimpact role based in Dubai reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. As a key member of the leadership team you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the legal function of a dynamic and fastgrowing company.
What Youll be Doing
Provide expert legal counsel across diverse markets and industries managing legal matters with a global reach.
Lead the development and scaling of the legal team and infrastructure to support the companys growth ensuring the function aligns with business objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate robust legal risk management strategies and implement efficient legal processes tailored to a startup environment.
Work closely with internal stakeholders including finance compliance and operations to drive strategic business decisions and ensure legal alignment with company goals.
Oversee the management of complex transactions contracts corporate governance and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving market.

Directly reporting to our Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and closely working with our Legal and OperationsTeam.
