We are hiring an accomplished and visionary Executive Director Project Management to spearhead the execution of luxury villa and highend residential property developments in the UAE. The ideal talent will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in overseeing multimilliondollar luxury projects ensuring seamless execution and maintaining the highest standards of quality innovation and efficiency. This role demands strong leadership exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to drive transformational growth within the organizations project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of multiple highprofile luxury villa and residential projects ensuring alignment with the companys vision and objectives.
- Oversee endtoend project lifecycle management from conceptualization and design to execution and handover ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Establish and enforce bestinclass project management frameworks optimizing operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Engage with toptier architects consultants contractors and regulatory authorities ensuring full compliance with UAE construction laws and luxury property standards.
- Drive costeffective value engineering strategies without compromising on the exclusivity and prestige of luxury developments.
- Direct project financials including budget approvals cost control strategies and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
- Cultivate a highperformance culture by mentoring and empowering senior project managers and engineering teams to enhance operational excellence.
- Oversee compliance with health safety sustainability and environmental regulations ensuring adherence to global best practices.
- Represent the company at executive meetings investor discussions and strategic forums driving stakeholder confidence and business growth.
- Spearhead technological advancements and innovation integrating cuttingedge methodologies to elevate project efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of executivelevel experience in managing highend residential and luxury real estate developments in the UAE.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering landmark luxury projects with a focus on exclusivity innovation and precision.
- Indepth knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks construction methodologies and luxury property standards.
- Strong business acumen with proven experience in financial planning contract negotiations and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in industryleading project management tools including Primavera P6 AutoCAD MS Project or equivalent.
- Ability to lead influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in a highpressure fastpaced environment.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
