Job Description:
The Workshop Operations Manager will lead the setup and operations of a new automotive workshop in Dubai ensuring topquality repairs maintenance and diagnostics for all types of vehicles except commercial. The role emphasizes operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the workshops setup including equipment procurement layout planning and supplier negotiations.
- Manage all operational aspects focusing on reducing service times increasing throughput and optimizing costs.
- Prioritize initial services such as electrical mechanical and maintenance work.
- Ensure the workshop adheres to highquality standards and technical excellence.
- Supervise repairs and maintenance for internal fleet and rental vehicles expanding to external clients over time.
- Build and train a competent team aligned with company objectives and standards.
- Implement reporting and performance monitoring systems.
- Support daily showroom operations and assist customers with inquiries.
- Drive sales and meet individual and team targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential office/showroom locations.
- Collaborated with the team to enhance showroom appeal and customer experience.
- Track inventory manage logistics and support operational processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10 years in the automotive industry in similar roles.
- Experienced in repairing all types of vehicles except commercial.
- Strong technical and operational expertise.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English Arabic & additional languages is an advantage.
Compensation:
