Chief Technology Officer
FinTech BFSI
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our clients technology team and drive innovation within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives. As the CTO you will play a key role in shaping the technological vision and ensuring that the technology infrastructure supports their business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the companys goals
- Lead and manage the technology team to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Oversee the design and implementation of technology solutions
- Showcase Ability and agility to manage and build multiple tech stacks
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements
- Manage the technology budget and resources effectively
- Ensure the security and integrity of the companys data and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred
- At least 1015 years of experience with Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
- Experience of working for FinTech or similar companies.
- Should have build apps for FinTech or BFSI companies.
- Experience of working on multiple tech stacks
- Strong knowledge of technology trends and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement technology strategies
- Experience managing technology teams and projects
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
