We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Bid Manager to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Bid Manager you will play a crucial role in driving and managing the bidding process ensuring accuracy compliance and timely submission of proposals. This position requires a professional who can effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners to compile multidisciplinary proposals and secure new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the entire bidding process from start to finish
- Prepare and review tender submissions including prequalifications expressions of interest and requests for proposals
- Ensure bid deadlines requirements and prerequisites are met with precision
- Collaborate with Business Development and Project Teams to gather necessary information for bid compilation
- Maintain the integrity of bid submission files and directories on the server
- Update and manage bid materials ensuring alignment with company brand policies and standard templates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties regarding bids
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to enhance bid competitiveness
- Coordinate with subconsultants and project team leaders to develop comprehensive proposals
- Ensure compliance with local business practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field or equivalent years of relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bid management or similar role
- Proven track record of successful bid submissions and contract wins
- Strong knowledge of bidding processes procurement regulations and contract management principles
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in the architectural or real estaterelated industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Good business acumen with diligent numeracy skills
- Experience working in or with overseas companies is advantageous
- Knowledge of local business practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia is preferred
