* Prepare detailed reports summarizing telecalling activities customer interactions and outcomes.
* Attend to walkin customers providing them with thorough information about services to facilitate enrollment.
* Create manage and post engaging content across social media platforms and other portals to enhance visibility.
* Develop strategies to increase followers engagement and overall presence on social media platforms
