Ideal Candidate > The Ideal is specialized in CAPEX (Capital Expenditures) focus on optimizing the procurement process for highvalue longterm investments such as machinery infrastructure construction projects and largescale equipment. His/Her role is critical in ensuring cost efficiency supplier reliability risk mitigation and compliance with regulatory requirements

Tasks > Define procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and budgets; Assess makeorbuy decisions for capital assets; Identify opportunities for cost savings and value improvement; Conduct Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs; Use Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to assess supplier bids; Develop and negotiate longterm contracts with suppliers; Manage risks related to pricing delivery timelines and supplier reliability; Implement cost reduction strategies such as bulk purchasing supplier consolidation and value engineering; Implement eprocurement tools and ERP systems (SAP Ariba Oracle Coupa); Collaborate with finance engineering and operations teams to align procurement with project goals; Evaluate vendor reliability quality and compliance.

Requisites > Consulting attitude and experience in Consulting Tier 23; previous experience in Procurement projects; Arabic Speaker preferred English also working well; interested in a very challenging context to work with.
