Apt Resources is seeking a talented and experienced Livein Brazilian Cook for a private household. This is an opportunity for a skilled culinary professional to provide personalized cooking services to a discerning family. As a Livein Cook you will create delicious and authentic Brazilian dishes while also accommodating the familys dietary preferences and needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Brazilian meals including appetizers main courses and desserts.
- Plan weekly menus based on the familys preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Manage food inventory ensuring freshness and availability of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide a warm and welcoming dining experience for the family and guests.
- Assist with special events and gatherings as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cook specifically with expertise in Brazilian cuisine.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and presentation style.
- Ability to create customized menus based on dietary needs and preferences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid food handling and safety certification is a plus.
Benefits
Salary:AED plus free accommodation food yearly air ticket and all benefits as per UAE laws
