- Work with AI tools to generate engaging valuedriven content.
- Performance Marketing & Ads:
- Set up and manage LinkedIn and Google Ads (without heavy paid dependency).
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation with a focus on organic growth.
- Website & Analytics:
- Ensure Gulfworkforce.com is updated userfriendly and SEOoptimized.
- Monitor Google Analytics & other tools to track performance and engagement.
- Lead Generation & Automation:
- Use digital strategies to generate leads for recruitment services.
- Implement email marketing funnels and CRMbased outreach.
- Branding & Growth Hacking:
- Explore new marketing trends to differentiate us in the recruitment industry.
- Run A/B tests on creative copy and targeting strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years in digital marketing preferably in recruitment or B2B services.
- Skills:
- Strong SEO content marketing and LinkedIn marketing skills.
- Handson experience with Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and lead generation tools.
- Proficiency in Canva ChatGPT and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to create highquality engaging content.
- Mindset:
- Proactive datadriven and goaloriented.
- Creative thinkers who can generate organic traction.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced bootstrapped startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment marketing or B2B lead generation is a plus.
