الوصف الوظيفي
As a Receiver at Delano Dubai you will serve as the initial point of contact for deliveries and will play a crucial role in supporting our operational departments by ensuring that all supplies are readily available for daily hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Inspection: Verify incoming goods against purchase orders ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Inventory Control: Track and document items using inventory systems.
- Storage & Organization: Store items efficiently and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Reporting: Identify and report damaged or defective goods to relevant departments.
- Coordination: Work with various departments for timely and accurate deliveries.
- Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations in all warehouse operations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts pallet jacks).
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with suppliers and team members for smooth operations.
Qualifications :
- Operational Knowledge: Proficiency with hotel operations and inventory management systems understanding the protocols in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills ensuring accurate checks on goods and prompt reporting of discrepancies.
- Educational Background: High school diploma required; a degree in Hospitality or logistics certification is a plus.
