الوصف الوظيفي
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Compiling reports on account progress goals and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by upselling or crossselling
Key Account Manager Requirements:
- degree in business administration finance sales or related field.
- Proven experience in key account management.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
- The ability to build rapport with key clients.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Able to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Requirement: Driving license Holder and experienced in the field with HORECA
Salary Fuel allowance and other standard benefits as per UAE labor law.
