Roles & Responsibilities
PRODUCTION
Using Agile cadence produce high fidelity UI in Figma for delivery to the development team. Use the standardized design components as well as expand the design library. Source icons and graphics when needed. Work with copywriters and marketing to make sure UI is on brand for Mashreq. Assist in user testing sessions with customers to iterate UI designs.
POSTPRODUCTION
Collaborate with the developers to make sure they are coding what has been designed and agreed with the squad. Run UI audits of their work as needed. Champion usability and usercenteredness across the Wholesale Design Studio by leading by example. Prepare presentations and videos of the squads delivered work and future roadmap for executive management on a regular basis. Balance this presentation workload with BAU work throughout all delivery periods. Take the lead in planning and estimating the design work for future sprints. Effectively track all assigned design work to allow for velocity reporting and resource planning going forward.
