Foreground is partnering with a leading production house company specializing in printing booths manufacturing and branding solutions based in the UAE to find an experienced and Production Manager.
Role Overview:
A resultsoriented Production Manager with expertise in managing diverse production operations and a proven ability to optimize workflows. The ideal candidate will oversee all production activities ensure timely delivery maintain quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement within the production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Oversight & Efficiency:
- Plan organize and manage all production operations including printing booth construction gift item production event setups and branding projects.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high levels of efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products and services meet the companys high standards.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols to minimize errors and waste.
- Address and resolve productionrelated issues promptly.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead mentor and manage the production team to foster a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
- Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
