We are looking for a friendly and customerfocused Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service take orders serve food and beverages and ensure a great dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after service.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guests questions about food and beverages.
- Handle customer complaints and special requests professionally.
- Process bills and payments using POS systems.
- Follow health safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in restocking and organizing restaurant supplies.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 13 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant hotel or caf (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
- Presentable professional and wellgroomed appearance.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple orders.
- Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays.
