What Were Looking For:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Scandinavian languages Arabic Russian French or Chinese are highly advantageous.
  • Experience: At least 6 months in Dubais real estate market (offplan or secondary).
  • Location: Preference for candidates already residing in Dubai. If youre not yet a resident you must have enough savings to support yourself for 36 months until commissions start rolling in.
  • Drivers License and Car: A valid UAE drivers license and your own car are required.
  • Professionalism: We value dedication punctuality and preparation. Candidates who do not show up on time or fail to attend scheduled meetings will not be considered.

Hiring Process:
Step 1: Online Google Meeting screening call.
Step 2: Online meeting with our Senior Sales Manager.
Step 3: Final meeting in person or online with our COO.
Step 4: Offer letter issuance.
