We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Fit out to oversee the successful planning execution and completion of interior fitout projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management excellent organizational and leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management:
- Develop and manage project schedules budgets and resources for interior fitout projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Prepare detailed project plans and communicate them to stakeholders.
Team Management:
- Lead supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors vendors and onsite teams.
- Monitor and ensure quality control of all fitout work onsite.
- Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts effectively.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients consultants and stakeholders.
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project progress milestones and challenges.
Cost Control & Budgeting:
- Manage project budgets and control expenditures.
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Verify and approve project invoices and cost variations.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of project activities communications and progress reports.
- Ensure projects comply with local regulations safety standards and quality benchmarks.
- Handover completed projects with proper documentation and snagfree results.
Problem Solving:
- Anticipate potential challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
- Address unforeseen issues promptly while keeping stakeholders informed.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Interior Design or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 58 years of relevant experience in managing fitout projects with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Primavera MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of fitout processes materials and construction methods.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
