Job Description:
As a Senior HR Executive you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of our clients human resources functions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures managing recruitment and onboarding processes and providing support and guidance to employees and managers on HRrelated matters. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records managing payroll and benefits and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local laws and regulations
Manage the recruitment process including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding
Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HRrelated matters such as performance management employee relations and career development
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including contracts personal information and performance evaluations
Manage payroll and benefits administration ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees managers and external stakeholders
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management
Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and policies
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a fastpaced environment
Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
