In this Role youll get to
In charge of the growth of Destination Marketing business with a focus on Middle East. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop integrated campaigns with national and regional tourist boards airports brands and local agency partners build trusted relationships.
- Understand partners business objectives match them with the range of services and products offered by Trip.com Group brands and industry digital ecosystem to maximize business opportunities; advise on media placements new product development and marketing strategy.
- Coordinate extensively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful project delivery. Include Trip.com and other brands from Trip.com Group.
- Forecast accurately and report timely insights about the industry and the project to ensure maximum ROI from investment and future contract renewal.
What youll Need to Succeed
- Bachelors degree (Preferably in Marketing Tourism or Economy).
- 5 years experience as a marketing manager of tourism destination lifestyle leisure retail consumer goods.
- Manage yearly marketing budget of at least 50 million AED.
- Experience in tourism industry is preferred
- Fluent English oral & written skills simple daily communication in Chinese.
- Excellent computer skills including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and priorities work.
- Proactive able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to details and problemsolving skills.
- Most importantly be highly motivated responsible organized dedicated team player with high interpersonal skills and eager to promote and learn about Trip.com.
