Role: EMEA Sales Manager

Role Overview:

The EMEA Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales team within the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. This role involves implementing the global sales strategy locally managing regional accounts building strong customer and partner relationships and meeting revenue targets. The EMEA Sales Manager also collaborates with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions to regional needs while mentoring and driving accountability within the regional sales team.





Responsibilities:

  1. Regional Sales Strategy Execution:

    • Implement and adapt the global sales strategy to fit the EMEA region s specific market dynamics and cultural nuances.

    • Identify growth opportunities within key verticals and emerging markets in the EMEA region.

    • Develop regionspecific sales tactics ensuring alignment with the global strategy.

  2. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead mentor and motivate the EMEA sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

    • Provide regular coaching and training to enhance the team s skills and performance.

    • Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans where necessary.

  3. Customer and Partner Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners in the region.

    • Act as the primary escalation point for major accounts resolving issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with channel partners to drive comarketing initiatives and joint sales efforts.

  4. Revenue Growth and Pipeline Management:

    • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the EMEA region.

    • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline ensuring consistent progress through the sales funnel.

    • Report regularly to the Global Sales Manager on sales performance market insights and challenges.

  5. Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams:

    • Work with the marketing team to execute regionspecific ad campaigns and events.

    • Provide market insights to the product team to tailor offerings to regional customer needs.

    • Collaborate on the creation of localized sales collateral and training materials.

  6. Sales Process and CRM Management:

    • Ensure the EMEA sales team adheres to Zenduit s standardized sales processes and methodologies.

    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the CRM system tracking leads opportunities and account activity.

  7. Market Analysis and Feedback:

    • Monitor industry trends competitor activities and customer needs within the EMEA region.

    • Provide actionable feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  8. Event and Trade Show Participation:

    • Represent Zenduit at key industry events trade shows and conferences in the EMEA region.

    • Leverage these opportunities to build relationships generate leads and increase brand visibility.





KPIs:

  1. Revenue Growth:

    • Achieve >20% YoY revenue growth in the EMEA region.

    • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  2. Pipeline Development:

    • Maintain a sales pipeline that is 3x the quarterly revenue target for the EMEA region.

  3. Customer Retention:

    • Maintain >95% customer retention rate within the EMEA region.

  4. Team Performance:

    • Ensure >90% of the EMEA sales team members meet or exceed their individual sales targets.

    • Improve team productivity by 15% annually through coaching and process optimization.

  5. Channel Partner Growth:

    • Increase active channel partners in the EMEA region by 15% annually.

    • Generate >30% of regional revenue through channel partnerships.

  6. Marketing Collaboration:

    • Drive >20% of EMEA sales pipeline leads through regionspecific marketing campaigns.

  7. CRM Accuracy:

    • Ensure >95% accuracy in CRM data for the EMEA region.

  8. Event ROI:

    • Achieve >300% ROI on trade shows and regional events attended.

  9. Market Insights:

    • Provide at least 3 actionable insights per quarter to the Global Sales Manager and product team.





Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management within the EMEA region ideally in the telematics SaaS or technology industries.

  • Strong understanding of cultural and market nuances across EMEA countries.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop highperforming sales teams.

  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills with customers partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Datadriven mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools to drive decisions.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to represent Zenduit at a senior level.
