What Youll Do
As the Personal Brand Manager youll lead the charge in shaping and growing Chriss personal brand across multiple platforms. This is a handson highimpact role where creativity meets strategy. Your responsibilities include:
1. LinkedIn Mastery
- Content Calendar Management: Plan draft and schedule LinkedIn posts to maintain a steady flow of engaging content.
- Copywriting Excellence: Craft authentic wellwritten posts that reflect Chriss voice.
- Engagement: Respond to comments messages and build connections to grow Chriss professional network.
2. Multimedia Strategy
- Video Content: Collaborate with videographers to create highquality videos for social media.
- Podcast Highlights: Identify impactful moments from podcasts and transform them into engaging clips.
3. Newsletter Creation
- Biweekly Content: Draft and manage the Dont Shoot the Messenger newsletter providing followers with deep insights and updates.
4. Platform Expansion
- Develop strategies for TikTok Instagram and Twitter using tailored content to grow audiences on each platform.
5. Community Management
- Skool Platform: Build and foster an online community of financial planners engaging with members and posting relevant content.
6. Strategic Collaboration
- Work with external agencies and freelancers to fill skill gaps ensuring we deliver toptier content across all mediums.
