NOC Engineer

They are currently seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented fresh graduate UAE National to join their team in Dubai as a NOC Engineer. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain handson experience in network operations. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring troubleshooting and maintaining network systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage network operations from the Network Operations Center (NOC).
  
• Ensure the availability and stability of network systems and services.
  
• Respond to network issues and incidents on time.
  
• Perform regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal network performance.
  
• Troubleshoot network issues and escalate to senior engineers when necessary.
  
• Maintain and update network documentation including logs reports and configurations.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve networkrelated issues.
  
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software solutions.
  
• Participate in routine system backups software updates and patches.
  
• Assist with the planning and implementation of network upgrades or enhancements.
  

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of network principles systems and protocols (such as TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
  
• Good understanding of basic network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  
• UAE National preferred.
