Code 81 is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead and drive our sales initiatives. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategic sales plans building and nurturing client relationships and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our market presence and work closely with crossfunctional teams to enhance business growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with Code 81s business objectives and target growth areas.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities customer needs and industry trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering longterm partnerships.
- Act as a point of contact for clients to address concerns gather feedback and optimize client engagement.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets quotas and profitability goals.
- Develop sales forecasts manage budgets and contribute to business planning to maximize profitability.
- Lead mentor and support the sales team setting individual and team performance goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews provide training and development opportunities and foster a highperformance sales culture.
- Collaborate with marketing product development and other departments to support sales efforts and align gotomarket strategies.

Qualifications :
