We are seeking a skilled and motivated Auditor Manager to join our client s team in Dubai. This pivotal role involves managing the daytoday operations of the office while overseeing audit engagements and contributing to the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong auditing expertise management experience and the ability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Auditing & Financial Oversight:

  • Plan coordinate and execute internal and external audit engagements in compliance with industry standards.
  • Review and analyze financial records business processes and internal controls to identify risks and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE laws regulations and applicable financial standards (e.g. IFRS VAT).
  • Monitor and oversee the implementation of audit recommendations to improve organizational efficiency.

Office Management:

  • Manage and oversee the operations of the Dubai office ensuring smooth daytoday activities.
  • Coordinate with senior management to develop and implement strategic goals.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients handling inquiries and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand the firms client portfolio.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote the firm s auditing and consulting services.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Accounting Systems & Tools:

  • Utilize advanced knowledge of accounting tools with a focus on QuickBooks (preferred).
  • Implement and manage financial systems to support business operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (required).
  • Master s degree in Commerce (preferred).
  • Must hold at least one of the following certifications:
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
    • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
    • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Minimum of 45 years of professional experience in an auditing firm.
  • Proven track record of managing audits and office operations effectively.
  • Strong understanding of UAE s financial regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problemsolving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong business development and marketing skills.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Sunday to Friday.
  • Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Friday until 3:00 PM Saturday off).
