Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director to join our team. The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales marketing and business development as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Lead and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
Monitor and analyze sales performance and make strategic recommendations for improvement
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to inform business decisions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Manage and control budgets expenses and resources related to commercial activities
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the technology industry
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Indepth knowledge of market research and analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to travel as needed
Contract Details:
This is a fulltime position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Commercial Director will report directly to the CEO and will be based at our headquarters in Dubai. Some travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
