Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or similar fields. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in retail buying, category management, or sourcing in the furniture industry. Prior experience in kids' furniture or similar categories is preferred. Strong knowledge of kids furniture, including design, functionality, and safety standards. Experience in vendor negotiation and relationship management. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess trends, pricing, and market demands. Knowledge of product life cycles and order management. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
