About Us: At our exclusive villa in Dubai we pride ourselves on delivering unparalleled service and maintaining the highest standards of luxury living. As part of our dynamic team you will have the opportunity to contribute to a prestigious environment where excellence is the standard.
Role Overview: As a Housekeeper you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the immaculate upkeep of our villa creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents and guests. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Performing thorough cleaning and sanitation of all living areas bedrooms bathrooms and common spaces.
- Organizing and arranging furnishings decorations and amenities to uphold the villas aesthetic appeal.
- Managing inventory and replenishing supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Overseeing daytoday housekeeping operations and coordinating with other staff members as necessary.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of any maintenance needs or issues.
Requirements: To excel in this role you should possess the following qualifications:
- Impeccable presentation and grooming reflecting our commitment to luxury.
- Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.
- Previous experience in highend hotel housekeeping or a similar upscale environment is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of technology including laptops smartphones smart TVs and troubleshooting internet connections.
- Food & accommodation is provided.
