Position: Junior Receptionist
Location: Dubai
Department: Front Office
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Junior Receptionist. You will play a vital role in in the Front Office Departmentdelivering exceptional guest experiences.
What Youll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone or inperson.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide basic information regarding services or products.
- Attends to every guest requests the best way possible
- Prepare and organize client documentation and ensure all files are uptodate.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and services to clients.
What Were Looking For
- Excellent communication skills;English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelors degree/diploma or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
