Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director
Location: Dubai (UAE)
Reports to: Director
Eligibility: Only candidates currently residing in the Middle east or Emirates will be considered.
Type: Fulltime
(Note:Candidates holding Indian citizenship are not eligible to apply for this position.
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Director is responsible for providing highlevel administrative and operational support managing the Directors schedule communications and sensitive information. This role requires strong organizational skills effective prioritisation and the ability to act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Additionally the EA will collaborate with the operations team to support data management and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Operational Support:
Play an integral role in supporting the team s data management needs working closely with the operations team in MIS handling ensuring timely and accurate data entry reporting and analysis.
Manage the Director s calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas take minutes and ensure the Director has all relevant materials for upcoming meetings.
Handle correspondence (emails phone calls letters) on behalf of the Director ensuring timely responses and followups.
2. Travel Coordination:
Arrange and coordinate all aspects of the Director s travel including flights accommodations and local transportation.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure that all necessary travel documents and arrangements are in place.
3. Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred.
2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
