We have an exciting remote opportunity for an Access Control Management Officer to join the User Profile Administration team. This role involves managing and controlling User Profile Administration (UPA) support across multiple offices to ensure efficient and secure support for endusers.

User Access Management: Create modify and disable user access
Active Directory Management: Create Security Groups Service Accounts Distribution Lists and administer user accounts
Privileged Access Management (PAM): Onboard servers map services and create users in ARCOS

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
14 years of experience in a technologyoriented banking environment
Handson experience in ARCOS access management
Strong interpersonal communication problemsolving and analytical skills
Knowledge of banking applications such as CoreBanking IRIS CRM EDMS GTS PRIME Select BPM Flexcube Direct Banking SWIFT and more

This role requires the ability to navigate a multisystem environment address user access issues across various platforms and support users globally.
