Overview:
HR (Human Resources) Manager in HR Division at Biz Easy DMCC.
This key role is all HR divisions jobs in recruiting onbording and offboarding of employees payroll and attendance management and also operation of appraisal system of the company employee comunication and visa and admin work for our office. And They also handle employee relations payroll benefits and have strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Sometimes they work as a HR consultant to our outsourcing HR services to several clients.
Responsibilities:
- Digitization of the HR Division.
- Develop advise on and implement the company policies from an HR perspective in corporate growth.
- Coordinate and administer employee programs including benefits compensation and workplace safety.
- Operation and improovement of HR appraisal system.
- Planning implementation and dissemination of company culture to employees.
- Planning and implementation of inhouse social events.
- Manage staffing recruitment including managing job postings reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
- Assist with employee relations issues such as work complaints or other employee concerns.
- Review of HR manual.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees on various HRrelated topics.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace. assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications :
- 35 years of proven experience as an HR specialist or HR generalist.
- Detailed knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degrees in Human Resources or related fields and HR certifications (e.g. PHR SPHR SHRM) may be preferred.

- Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday
