Job Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible in assisting the Head of Human Resource & Administration in managing the HR operations and processes for UAE & Oman. To ensure that all planned programs maintained their relevancy and competitiveness and as part of the team to ensure transformational exercise initiated by the company is followed through. Duties and responsibilities shall be subject to the approved delegation of authority by the Job Description relevant policies procedures laws and regulations.
Reports to:
- Head of Human Resource & Administration
- Business Unit Manager UAE/Oman
Key Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Head of HR to implement HR policies and procedures Compensation and Benefits Structure IR Policies for UAE & Oman.
- Manage HR functions including but not limited to the matters pertaining to recruitment compensation & benefits performance management and training
- Involved in the preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits compensation and or any other policies.
- Participate drive and make recommendation about salary and benefits surveys and other benchmark studies; provide analysis on salary and benefits trend directly to Malaysia Operations
- Responsible for recruitment and manpower planning
- Managing employee personal files and personal records EOSB claims employee welfare issues and other related matters.
- Key contact person on the HRIS system and employee database
- Managing the employees perks and benefits (payroll statutory insurance BIK etc)
- Lead and manage compensation and benefits benchmark data submission to external consultants
- Supervising and advising employee discipline matters and grievances as per Terms & Conditions of Service.
- Compiling employees Performance score and executing annual salary increment bonus payment payment of allowances salary deductions etc
- Key person for HR internal and external audit. Identify issues and provide solutions to ensure compliance to statutory act and ensure adhere to Malaysia employment act
- Involve with leadership and career development programs which are conducted internally or externally
- Identify the right successor for the job for succession planning
- Managing and representing the department on other daytoday tasks when Head of HR is unavailable and/or out of office or when requested
Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor s Degree or higher
Experience
- At least 6 years relevant working experience and exposed to HR best practices.
- Strong knowledge of local Labor legislation and prevailing HR practices and legislations
- Capable of dealing with all levels of people within the organization and providing HRrelated advice to the management team/HOD
- Able to coup with high intensity & high pace environment
