PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are looking for a talented Concept Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Concept Architect you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and direction of our design projects. You will work closely with clients stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams to develop creative concepts that push boundaries while maintaining feasibility and coherence with project goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the conceptual design process for a variety of projects including residential commercial and urban design.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into innovative design concepts.
- Create compelling presentations and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions considering cultural historical and environmental contexts.
- Coordinate with engineers planners and other professionals to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends materials and technologies to inform design practices.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
- 5 years of experience in architectural design preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and regulations is a plus.
