Job Title: Network Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Network Administrator to manage and maintain our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 34 years of experience be CCNA certified and possess handson experience with Microsoft 365. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance security and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 applications ensuring seamless integration with network systems.
- Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades including software updates and patches.
- Set up and manage user accounts permissions and passwords for network security.
- Provide technical support and training for endusers to optimize the use of network resources.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configuration changes and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in network administration.
- CCNA certification is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
