Job Title: Yacht Hostess Preferably with Cabin Crew Background

We are seeking a charming and experienced Yacht Hostess to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our valued guests providing exceptional service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere on board our luxurious yachts. Your experience as cabin crew will be a valuable asset as youll possess the hospitality skills safety knowledge and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests aboard the yacht with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Attend to guest needs throughout their charter ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to guest preferences and highend hospitality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in guest areas.
- Assist with setting up and clearing away for meals and events.
- Ensure guest safety by adhering to all maritime regulations and emergency procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and professional crew environment.
- May be required to assist with light housekeeping duties.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as cabin crew or in a similar hospitality role (e.g. highend restaurant server).
- Experience working in a fastpaced and demanding environment.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Impeccable personal appearance and grooming standards.
- Valid UAE residence visa or willingness to obtain one (preferred).
- Fluency in English and Arabic (a plus).
- Experience working on yachts (a plus).
- First Aid/CPR certification (a plus).
