General Information
Job Title: Junior Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Dubai UAE DIFC
Reports To: Director of Marketing
What this job is about
We are looking for a passionate Junior Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving measurable business outcomes for Seez and its dealer partners.
In this role the successful candidate will assist in managing and optimizing our SeezBoost products digital marketing efforts. They will be responsible for helping run campaigns analyzing data to assist with reporting and learning to leverage various digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility improve customer acquisition and contribute to overall campaign performance.
Job Key Responsibilities
Assist in Developing and Deploying Digital Marketing Campaigns across various channels including paid social paid search display advertising and email marketing on platforms like Google Ads Meta Ads Snapchat LinkedIn TikTok and more.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team on executing marketing campaigns creating marketing collateral and developing social media content for Seez channels.
Support Campaign Performance Tracking by utilizing analytics tools to help monitor and analyze results and assist in identifying optimization strategies for ongoing campaigns.
Conduct keyword research for search campaigns and assist in developing media plans for paid social campaigns.
Able to communicate with clients on campaign requirements updates and deployments.
Collaborate on Visual Elements by contributing ideas for website and web application designs.
Stay uptodate on the latest trends in performance marketing and implement them into our projects.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Contribute to the overall success of the marketing team by sharing ideas and providing feedback.
What youll bring to the party (Must haves)
Bachelors degree in Business with an emphasis on Marketing.
0 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing (internships or entrylevel positions accepted) with some experience handling ad accounts and campaigns.
Basic analytical skills with the ability to assist in developing reports and using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Google Ads Meta Ads).
Familiarity with SEO best practices and strategies.
Foundational knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads is preferred with a strong desire to deepen expertise.
Good problemsolving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
