Century Bank Brokers part of Century Financial is a leading investment solution provider in the MENA region for almost three decades. We facilitate the acquisition of asset & liability products for banks including Credit Cards Personal Loans Mortgages and more.
Position Overview:
As Compliance Officer you will ensure that Century Bank Brokers complies with all relevant laws regulations and policies. This role involves identifying compliance risks and implementing measures to mitigate them with a strong focus on regulatory adherence and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the banks compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews.
- Collaborate with management to implement compliance policies.
- Support and train employees on compliance practices.
- Prepare compliance reports and handle regulatory inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues or breaches.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in finance business or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of compliance experience in banking or financial services; DSA experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking laws and regulations.
- Detailoriented with analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional compliance certification is preferred.
