We are currently seeking a talented CAD Coordinator to join our team and help streamline our design processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee all CADrelated activities ensuring consistency and quality across all design documents.
- Coordinate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to develop and maintain project CAD standards and protocols.
- Review and approve CAD drawings for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Organize and maintain the CAD filing system and digital libraries for easy access and retrieval.
- Provide training and support to team members on CAD software and best practices.
- Assist in the integration of new CAD technologies and processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure CAD deliverables are met according to schedule.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address any CADrelated issues or revisions.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates or bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CAD Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Revit etc.) and familiarity with design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles and standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
