Logistics Coordinator - Al Shamali Group

Key Responsibilities:

Age below 30
2 Years Experience with JAFZA as a Logistic Coordinator
Salary Range 3500 to 5500 AED

• Oversee and coordinate the entire supply chain process for automobile spare parts including procurement warehousing and distribution.
• Manage and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of spare parts to customers.
• Collaborate with suppliers vendors and internal teams to resolve any issues related to inventory and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory shipments and related documentation using inventory management systems.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations safety standards and company policies throughout the logistics process.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage handling and packaging of spare parts.
• Provide regular updates and reports on logistics activities including shipment status inventory levels and performance indicators.
• Address and resolve any logistical problems or delays ensuring minimal impact on operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Previous 2 Years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within the automotive spare parts industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles specific to automobile parts.
• Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle complex logistics challenges.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
