Key Responsibilities:
Age below 30
2 Years Experience with JAFZA as a Logistic Coordinator
Salary Range 3500 to 5500 AED
- Oversee and coordinate the entire supply chain process for automobile spare parts including procurement warehousing and distribution.
- Manage and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of spare parts to customers.
- Collaborate with suppliers vendors and internal teams to resolve any issues related to inventory and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory shipments and related documentation using inventory management systems.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations safety standards and company policies throughout the logistics process.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage handling and packaging of spare parts.
- Provide regular updates and reports on logistics activities including shipment status inventory levels and performance indicators.
- Address and resolve any logistical problems or delays ensuring minimal impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous 2 Years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within the automotive spare parts industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles specific to automobile parts.
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle complex logistics challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: AED3000.00 AED8000.00 per month
