Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio of successful F&B projects exceptional design skills and the ability to lead a team in delivering highquality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret concept briefs to develop initial ideas and produce conceptual outputs in collaboration with the Design Director.

• Execute all phases and the full scope of design work including planning design development detailing and specifications.
• Generate detailed drawings designs plans models and schemes utilizing computeraided design software such as SketchUp AutoCAD and Enscape.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with the Design Director and the interior design team throughout the project lifecycle to ensure design quality and successful project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress address issues and ensure quality control.
• Prepare comprehensive presentation materials including concept diagrams mood boards material selections perspective drawings and detailed design drawings to effectively communicate design intent and outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in interior design particularly within the F&B sector. Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends products and sustainable design practices.

Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:

• Bachelors degree in interior design or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in interior design with a strong focus on F&B projects.
• Proven track record of completing complex design projects.
• Good technical knowledge of detail design drawings and details.
• Highlevel proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and the Adobe Suite (including Photoshop and InDesign) is required. A strong command of freehand sketching as well as experience with Enscape or AI technology will be considered a significant advantage.
• Fluent in English is a must.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of F&B / hospitality design projects.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
