Job Summary:

Trane is hiring for an Account Manager to join our equipment sales team. In this role you will be responsible for developing trusting customer relationships and maximizing Trane account share and customer retention with building owner accounts in Dubai and Northern Emirates. The main focus of this role is to propose retrofit and replacement solutions to end users and owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC solutions for the customers problems including financial and performancebased considerations.
  • Identify and position a unique value proposition directly with an owner.
  • Utilize Account Management process to identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts.
  • Approach new prospects and identify business opportunities through cold calls.
  • Gathers or validates preliminary information and performs facility walkthrough to identify energy saving opportunities.
  • Understand and present value of energy and operational savings and basic financial sales understanding.
  • Convert leads into opportunities by igning the appropriate sales process.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross margin annual targets.
  • ist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC solutions Trane Products and relevant industry issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent from a fouryear college or university preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 7 years sales experience in selling HVAC systems and solutions.
  • Proven success in the retrofit and existing building sector
  • Must have Dubai market experience.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC solutions including heating and cooling systems.
  • Knowledge of control systems is an advantage.
  • Experience in the industrial sector is an advantage
  • Must possess a valid drivers license
