SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within a program. The role involves reviewing and challenging individual project plans developing and maintaining the master program plan and ensuring alignment across projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and challenge project plans prepared by project managers.
- Develop and manage the master program plan incorporating individual project plans.
- Track and control changes to the program plan and ensure project management processes are followed.
- Monitor and report on program and project progress.
- Prepare and maintain reporting dashboards at both program and project levels.
- Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project performance.
- This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
